MaxSys Staffing and Consulting - an Agilus company, is seeking a Senior HR Strategist to lead the ongoing research, development, implementation, and management of the Directorate supporting Cyber Command. The Directorate includes functions such as Finance, HR, Business Planning, Resource Management, Governance, and Corporate Reporting.

Job Details

1. Position: HR Strategist
2. Location: Ottawa, ON
3. Contract Duration: June 2025 – May 2026
4. Hours: 37.5 per week
5. Language Requirement: Bilingual – English & French
6. Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required

Must-Haves (no exceptions)

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration
• 5+ years of experience in developing Strategic Staffing Plans

Responsibilities

1. Lead, coordinate, communicate, and deliver the annual strategic Business Plan.
2. Consult with stakeholders, review and analyze information, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Identify major program issues, problem areas, policies, or activities requiring review or enhancement, and conduct appropriate analysis or reviews.
4. Provide strategic support and advice to the Deputy Commander and senior managers, especially on sensitive issues like workforce management and corporate performance.
