BC Children's Hospital Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Manager, Corporate Partnerships in Vancouver to drive corporate fundraising growth. You will lead business development, engage new corporate partners, and manage complex gifts and multi-year partnerships.

The role focuses on growing partnerships, mentoring staff, and building a strong donor pipeline, with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement and a salary range in CAD.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or certificate in fundraising, marketing, communications, or business.
• Seven years’ experience in nonprofit or corporate fundraising or business development.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and donor engagement strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor management systems like Raiser's Edge NXT.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement growth-oriented corporate fundraising strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects, including major gifts.
• Create tailored growth strategies to maximize revenue from corporate partnerships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Support senior volunteers and mentor junior fundraising staff.
• Collaborate with executives to build the donor pipeline.
