Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements related to the sale of a company.
• Maintain knowledge of market terms in small and middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
• Understand tax, intellectual property, employment, privacy, and related matters in mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise companies on corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with emerging company clients.
