Job Title: Corporate Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

Join an established law firm as a 100% remote Corporate Attorney / Associate Attorney. We are seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney to become part of our team.

Compensation

Base pay range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions
• Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assisting in creating and restructuring business entities
• Conducting due diligence and post-deal integration
• Staying current on laws and regulatory developments
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k in business
• Experience/background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
