Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-profile M&A transactions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and complex deals.
• Advise clients on strategic matters, negotiate terms, structure deals, and advise on RWI and other key deal elements.
• Handle key documents such as purchase agreements and disclosure schedules.
• Own the due diligence process and manage client relationships from start to finish.
• Advise on M&A and business entity governance matters.
• Consult on entity choice and create or restructure business entities.

Candidate Requirements

• Barred in Ohio
• Reside in Northeast Ohio
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
