We are seeking a Lawyer/Partner with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions to join our client, an established and rapidly expanding law firm. The successful candidate will handle various important corporate files and play a pivotal role in addressing commercial challenges and handling M&A transactions. They will be expected to take the lead on client and file management and head more junior teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Member in good standing with the Quebec Bar.
• At least 10 years’ experience, acquired in a major law firm or in-house.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal and business advice regarding transactions.
• Proficient in managing complex files, with experience in due diligence and negotiations.
• Exceptional communication skills with both clients and your team, proficient in English and French.
