Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Flight Administrator to join the corporate team of a top aerospace company based in Saint-Hubert, QC. This onsite role supports flight crews through itineraries, scheduling, and coordinating logistics.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, and may speak French. You will liaise with crew, maintenance, and clients to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in flight operations or admin roles.
• French language ability is an asset.
• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of planned flights and progress from origin to destination.
• Ensure ground handling, de-icing, fuel, slots and permits are in place before releasing a flight.
• Identify delays due to scheduling, crew legality, or maintenance and take corrective actions.
• Advise personnel of delays and safety conditions affecting flights.
• Coordinate crew logistics including ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
• Prepare and submit post-flight expense reports and manage passenger logistics.

Insight Global is seeking a Flight Administrator to join the corporate team of a top aerospace company flying out of St-Hubert, QC. This role is 5x week onsite in St-Hubert, QC.

The primary duty of the Flight Administrator is to prepare trip itineraries for flight crews, while coordinating all the necessary logistics that are associated with a trip. The Administrator must have a strong knowledge of aircraft scheduling perimeters, including (but not limited to) aircraft limitations, time zone changes, crew duty and rest limitation, overflight and landing permit requirements, airport curfews, over-flight exemptions, US Customs requirements such as general declarations, APIS submissions and so on. Flight Administrator are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate schedule communication to crew members and maintenance technicians. As well as providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:- Monitors the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin tofinal destination (flight following)- Ensures all ground handling, de-icing, fuel, landing/departure slots and landing/overflypermits are in order before releasing a flight.- Identifies, anticipates and takes corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due toscheduling operations, crew legality and maintenance issues.- Advises appropriate personnel of potential/actual delays and conditions affecting safety offlight.- Responsible for crew logistics, arranging/coordinating crew ground transportation and hotelaccommodations.- Review, prepare and submit post flight expense reports.- Responsible for passenger logistics, ensuring that passengers’ ground transportation,catering and other requests are taken care of.
