Job summary

Rethink in Toronto is seeking a Coordinator to drive YouTube channel operations, asset management, and account logistics across the team. You’ll manage posting workflows, keep the dealer asset tool updated, and support project managers with status notes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end YouTube channel postings in English and French, including formatting, thumbnails, metadata, descriptions, tags, keywords, and captions.
• Upload and maintain dealer assets within the dedicated tool for distribution and tag assets appropriately.
• Coordinate ad-hoc requests and support project managers with status reports, agendas, meeting notes, and timing updates.
• Build operational relationships across strategy, creative, accounts, PR and production teams, maintaining high organization and proactive problem-solving.

The Coordinator is responsible for operational efficiency, platform logistics, and asset distribution across the account. They will manage YouTube channel uploading workflows, maintain the Dealer Asset distribution tool, manage ad-hoc requests, and enforce digital asset management hygiene.

The Opportunity

YouTube Channel Operations

• Manage end-to-end YouTube channel postings in English and French, overseeing video formatting, thumbnails, metadata, descriptions, tags, keywords, and captioning.

Dealer Asset Tool & Asset Management

• Upload and maintain social assets within the dedicated tool for dealer distribution.
• Upload final creative files into asset management systems using tagging guidelines.
• Routinely audit digital asset management systems to archive or remove redundant assets.

Account Logistics & Ad-Hoc Support

• Coordinate ad-hoc requests, including breaking announcements, awards news, and unexpected brand updates.
• Support project managers and account leads with status reports, agendas, meeting notes, and timing updates.

Collaboration & Team Support

• Build strong operational relationships across strategy, creative, accounts, public relations and production teams.
• Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
