Your Opportunity

Our team is looking for a Coordinator, HR to join the HR Services Team and own the following responsibilities:

  1. Drafting various employment-related letters including offer letters, transfer letters, and termination letters.
  2. Assistance with employee onboarding including background screening, pre-hire setups, and orientation facilitation.
  3. Answering general employee questions on BDO HR policies/procedures and employee benefits via a ticketing system.
  4. Processing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday HRIS system.
  5. Assisting with HR Operations related projects and reporting.

Please note this is a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Your experience and education
  • You have a degree/diploma in Human Resources or another relevant field.
  • Experience providing outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Proven track record of working with tight timelines under pressure.
  • You have strong PC skills and previous experience working with an HRIS system; previous work with a centralized ticketing system is an asset.
  • You are able to maintain confidence and exercise good judgment.
  • You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.
