Coordinator, Administrative - Personal Shopping

Role Overview

The Coordinator, Administrative provides administrative support to the Group Sales Manager/Sales Manager and relevant teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Printing reports for management analysis
  • Tracking and prioritizing items requiring managerial action
  • Organizing product knowledge sessions with vendors
  • Maintaining and updating schedules, including vacation inputs
  • Preparing presentation and support materials for meetings
  • Handling repair/client issues promptly
  • Providing analytical and administrative support to the department
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Business or Communications Degree/Diploma
  • At least five years of progressive administrative experience, including 2-3 years supporting leadership roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Success Metrics
