TEMPORARY CONTRACT - INDEFINITE PERIOD - REPLACEMENT

Located in Ville Saint-Laurent, our company operates in the food sector, specializing in the distribution of fresh and processed products throughout Quebec and Ontario. In business for over 20 years, we focus on quality, logistical efficiency, and commitment to our customers and partners.

We offer a dynamic, stable, and friendly work environment where every team member plays a key role in our success. Growing and constantly adapting to the realities of the market, we are looking to integrate a coordinator for a temporary, open-ended replacement.

Job description

The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the department assigned to him/her (logistics, customer service, production, or administration, depending on profile). He or she will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective management of activities and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities related to production, logistics, or customer service
  • Liaise between the various departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing, etc.)
  • Prepare follow-up reports (orders, deliveries, performance, etc.)
  • Resolve operational problems proactively
  • Support managers in planning and organizing tasks
  • Participate in internal meetings and follow-up actions

Qualifications

  • Temporary contract - replacement
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' relevant experience in coordination
  • Knowledge of the food or distribution sector (an asset)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Outlook, ERP, etc.)
