Calian Patient Support Programs is looking for a full-time Bilingual Clinical Coordinator for one of our pharmaceutical clients located in Montreal, QC.

The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator (CC) assists patients with a specific medication prescribed by their physician. The CC organizes and schedules services offered by the patient support program, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Accountabilities:

1. Perform an in-depth review of multiple data files from External Service Providers for select Patient Support Programs (PSP).
2. Identify possible Adverse Events (AEs) within data files.
3. Prepare AE Reports for each identified AE.
4. Review the quality of reports with attention to detail and submit AE reports to local DS&E.
5. Reconcile case numbers provided by DS&E.
6. Track all AE reports with corresponding case numbers for quarterly AE reconciliation by PSP.
7. Ensure compliance with global and local procedures, regulations, standards, and guidelines for pharmacovigilance.
8. Support ongoing projects within the PSP Innovations Team.
9. Perform other duties as required.
