Job summary

Pacific Coast Community Resources is seeking a Program Coordinator II to oversee program operations in supported housing, centers and day programs. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling and develop ISP goals to meet residents’ health and well-being.

Collaborate with the Program Manager, manage training, maintain records, and ensure compliance with agency standards. On-call duties and standby compensation apply per collective agreements.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Human/Social Services or related field.
• Certificate/Diploma in Management Training or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience, including 1 year supervisory or administrative experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Share Vision.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and evaluates program policies with the program manager.
• Plans, develops, implements and evaluates ISP goals for residents.
• Supervises program staff, assigns work, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Involved in recruitment, interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, facilities and equipment for the program.
• Participates in emergency planning and on-call rotation as required.
