Pacific Coast Community Resources Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator II to assist the Program Manager in supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and developing program plans designed to support health and well-being in staffed homes, centers, and home-based day programs.
This role may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operations, with standby and call-back compensation per the collective agreement.
JOB SUMMARY: In collaboration with the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will assist the manager with the supervision of employees, administrative duties, scheduling and the development of plans. This includes the implementation and evaluation of programs that are designed to support a person's health and well-being within staffed homes, centers and home-based day programs.
This position may participate in an on-call rotation, as required, to support after-hours operations. On-call duties include responding to emergencies, staffing needs, and providing direction to staff. Standby and call-back compensation will be provided in accordance with the collective agreement.
