Job summary

Pacific Coast Community Resources Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator II to assist the Program Manager in supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and developing program plans designed to support health and well-being in staffed homes, centers, and home-based day programs.

This role may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operations, with standby and call-back compensation per the collective agreement.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Human/ Social Services or related field.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Management Training or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience including 1 year supervisory/administrative experience.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Windows, Outlook, Share Vision.

Responsibilities

  • Formulates program policies, evaluates the program, monitors expenditures, and contributes to the budget.
  • Develops, implements and evaluates ISP goals to meet clients’ health and well-being needs.
  • Assist in program training, staff development, and provide guidance to employees.
  • Supervise program staff:assign work, lead meetings, provide performance feedback.
  • Plan and implement program activities and special events.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of staff.
