Schlegel Villages is seeking a Cook at The Village of Erin Meadows in Mississauga, ON. The role requires completing Chef Training or Culinary Management Diploma and holding a valid food safety certification.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and display a caring, respectful attitude toward residents, families and staff. Eligible candidates will undergo Vulnerable Sector Check and TB screening as part of the hiring process.

The Village of Erin Meadows has an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join their team.

The hiring rate for this role is $24.11 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.

Successful candidates will be required to provide an acceptable Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) before starting. Are you willing to obtain and provide a VSC upon hire?

Successful candidates will be required to provide an acceptable Tuberculosis (TB) screening test before starting. Are you willing to obtain and provide a TB test upon hire?

To be successful as our new COOK, you will:
