Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets is desirable.
• Produced food in large quantities, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting.

• Contribute toward a resident-centered care approach ensuring respect and dignity to all residents.
• Worked as a cooperative team member.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional mealtime experiences for residents and their families through delicious and well-balanced meals, fostering relationships.

• Follow meal plans in accordance with Physicians orders and nutritional guidelines, and lead other team members in pursuit of a resident-centered dining experience.

The hiring rate for this role is $22.82 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.
