Job Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent quality and portion control
• Assist in menu preparation, including daily specials and casual dining items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with food ordering and storage
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment serving hotel guests and local customers
• Support team members and assist with basic kitchen prep and closing duties

Requirements
