Job summary

Kinton Ramen is seeking a Cook for their Victoria location. The position is permanent and full-time with 30-40 hours per week at $22.00/hour. A sales-based bonus is available. Shifts typically run 6–8 hours between 11:00am and 9:00pm as needed.

Primary duties include cooking all menu items, preparing ramen ingredients, inspecting freshness, and training new kitchen staff on hygiene and ramen techniques. English proficiency is required; Japanese language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary school completion is required.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook.
• English language ability is required.
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
