Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Cook for the food service operation at Airbus in Mirabel. Start date: Immediate. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. On-site position.

You will prepare and cook foods per recipes, complete mise en place, ensure safety and quality, and provide friendly customer service. You must have a vehicle to travel to Airbus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in food service or restaurant industry is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Aramark is currently seeking a Cook for the food service operation at Airbus in Mirabel

POSITION: Cook

WAGE: $23.24/hour

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

START DATE: Immediate

Closed for one week during the Christmas holiday period. Paid holidays and unused vacation time are also paid out.
(As per the collective agreement)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes


• Experience in catering food preparation is considered an asset


• Complete all mise en place tasks


• Ensure prescribed quantities are respected and that food quality meets Aramark standards


• Ensure compliance with management, health, food hygiene, and food safety programs


• Participate in food service operations


• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service


• Follow all established safety policies and procedures


• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is considered an asset


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
