Job summary

Kibbi in Montreal is seeking an experienced cook to prepare Thai cuisine in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will plan menus, prepare and cook meals, manage ingredients, and ensure quality and safety in the kitchen.

The role requires a Secondary school graduation certificate and 1–2 years of kitchen experience. Working hours are 35–40 per week, with opportunities for overtime in a dynamic urban restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Language: English or French as required by the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Determine portion sizes and food costs.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for execution.
