Job summary

Amica Senior Lifestyles recherche un Cuisinier à temps partiel pour son établissement à Dundas. La mission implique de garantir une expérience culinaire de haute qualité sous la direction d'un Chef de partie, tout en contribuant à l'opération de la cuisine. Vous devez posséder un certificat de manipulation des aliments et avoir au moins trois ans d'expérience dans divers environnements de restauration, idéalement dans des propriétés haut de gamme.

Qualifications

• Minimum trois ans d'expérience progressive dans divers environnements de restauration.
• Expérience antérieure dans un restaurant haut de gamme souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Préparation quotidienne des repas selon des menus prédéterminés.

A day in the life of a Cook:

You are committed to service excellence and pride yourself in exceeding dining expectations by contributing to a culinary experience of the highest quality, consistency and creativity. Under the direction of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for daily meal preparation from pre-determined menus, ensuring food quality and presentation meets fine dining standards and contributes to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

How do I qualify?

You must have:

• Food Handling Certificate
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in a variety of dining environments

What we are looking for:

• Previous Hotel experience in a fine dining property
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
