Job summary

DP World Canada is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the company’s operational strategy and oversee performance across Canadian operations. The role reports to the CEO and requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who can drive growth and cultivate an inclusive culture where teams excel.

The COO will partner with Finance, HR, Commercial, Safety and Tech to enable performance, manage risks, and deliver value for stakeholders. A senior leadership track record and MBA or equivalent are expected.

Qualifications

Significant senior operational leadership experience.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and executive-level experience may be considered.
In-depth understanding of Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Commercial, Safety and Technology.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to set and drive the organization’s vision and priorities.
Develop and implement actionable strategies, plans and procedures aligned with objectives.
Provide leadership across Canadian operations to ensure performance, service delivery, safety and financial goals.
