Job description

Reporting directly to the CEO, Kevin Wilson, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO to translate strategy into action and enhance organizational performance. This individual will oversee the day to day management of the business, ensuring efficient operations while helping guide the company through its next stage of growth across its natural and cultural resource management services.

The COO will play a central role in advancing Ecofor’s operational effectiveness and ensuring the company continues to deliver high quality, practical resource management solutions to clients across Canada. Working closely with leaders across the organization, the COO will develop scalable systems and processes, foster strong relationships with clients, First Nations, and Indigenous communities, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The COO will help preserve Ecofor’s values based culture while providing the leadership and structure needed to support the company’s long term success.
