Job description

As a Contract Territory Manager in GTA North, you will represent Kellanova to some of the world’s most respected retail operations. This 12-month contract role offers an opportunity to use your consulting and selling skills to achieve immediate wins and build long-term customer partnerships across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Driving Kellanova’s Retail Presence: Collaborate with retail partners to understand their business strategies and targets. Achieve distribution and speed-to-shelf goals, increase shelf share through relines, and introduce innovative ideas to stay ahead of competitors.
  2. Promotional Execution: Ensure timely execution of promotions and compliance with store planograms. Work closely with your Retail Team Lead to meet territory-specific strategies.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities through collaboration across the Retail Team and develop plans for future success.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the Kellanova Brand and ability to leverage it with customers and consumers.
  • Post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
  • Client-focused with strong credibility, trust-building, and sales aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license within Canada; willing to travel approximately 35% of the time.
