KPMG Canada is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage external resources and improve operational workflows. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring documentation accuracy, and enhancing the customer experience. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of case management experience and strong communication skills in both English and French.

The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources, while balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada (virtual work opportunity, with 1-2 days in office per month for meetings).
Reporting to the Leader of the CLO, the Contract Specialist will manage processes related to external resources throughout their lifecycle across Canada, handling over 1000 resources annually. They will also contribute to operational excellence by improving workflows, technology, and documentation. Responsibilities include:

The expected salary range is $54,000 to $81,000, potentially with bonuses. Salary is based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
