Job summary

hireVouch seeks a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract, with 4 days in-office in downtown Calgary. The role requires leading bespoke application projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, PMP/PRINCE2, and expertise in Waterfall and Hybrid-Agile methodologies, plus proficiency with Azure DevOps Boards and MS Office. Utilities industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience on custom app development.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards (PM and Scrum Master roles).
• Strong MS Office skills to produce project deliverables.
• Experience writing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Experience creating roadmaps for bespoke applications.
• Regulated industry experience preferred (utilities/electricity).
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
