Job summary

Skyline is seeking a Property Manager for Windsor, ON, to lead a portfolio of residential properties on a 12-14 month temporary contract. You will oversee on-site teams, budgets, maintenance, and vendor contracts to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in property management, knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience in residential operations and tenant relations (including on-call)
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and LTB processes
• Proven leadership in coaching and motivating teams
• Strong financial acumen with invoices, operating expenses and budgets
• Excellent communication, customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software, or ability to learn new tech quickly
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and ability to travel to properties across the region
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and strong building performance.
• Oversee property budgets, operating costs, capital projects and vendor contracts, to maximize efficiency and value
• Manage on-site teams through leadership and coaching to drive results and employee success.
