Job summary

The Contract Manager at AtkinsRéalis Group will join a high-performing project team in the west end of Toronto, supporting a transformative airport infrastructure program.

You will oversee contract administration, ensure compliance, maintain reporting on contract performance, and coordinate with the Commercial Manager to align obligations with program delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pre and post contract functions on large international airport projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws and procurement.
• Degree in project management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Job description

• The Contract Manager will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto
• The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing contract administration, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting on contract performance
• This role involves managing all contractual communications, instructions, and variations, and working collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to support program delivery teams in understanding their contractual obligations
• Provides contract management expertise while working collaboratively within project team and with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for contract administration including contractual communications, instructions, and variations
• Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance

Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Canadian contract laws. building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolutionRecognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related fieldStrong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation
