Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in pre and post contract functions on large infrastructure projects (airport focus preferred).
• Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate large groups, including workshops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, including communications, instructions, and variations.
• Ensure contract compliance across the program and that delivery teams understand obligations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
