We are currently seeking Incident Management Team (IMT) Members to join our Response Cadre. As a IMT Member: Response Cadre, you will be responsible for providing support to state and local government agencies in their active disaster missions. IMT Member: Response Cadre candidates will be considered for membership on a roster of professionals available for contract‑based deployment positions. Successful candidates will be deployed in support of clients immediately after major incidents to fill key IMT positions.

Responsibilities for the IMT Member: Response Cadre
  • Operate within the Incident Command Systems (ICS) and National Incident Management (NIMS) frameworks.
  • Support activation and operations of Emergency Operation Centers (EOCs) during incidents and exercises.
  • Support the successful completion of our client’s incident objectives and coordinate with various partner agencies and Emergency Support Functions (ESFs).
  • Coordinate logistics and resource management to support field operations and mission execution.
  • An understanding of the emergency management system and how jurisdictions coordinate together during large‑scale incidents.
Qualifications for the IMT Member: Response Cadre
  • At least seven (7) years of professional experience in emergency management or a related field.
  • Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or as part of an Incident Management Team (IMT).
  • National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) All‑Hazards Position Specific training courses and/or credentials preferred.
  • Completed Task Book(s) for Command and General Staff and/or Support Positions preferred.
  • The ability to work 12‑hour shifts as needed based on the client’s operational tempo.
  • Willing and able to be on‑call for travel within 24 to 72 hours of notice and to remain deployed for at least 30 days anywhere in the United States.
  • Salary range of $88,000 - $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
