The role is on-call, requiring availability to deploy within 72 hours and stay for at least 30 days. Compensation ranges from $88,000 to $150,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience, or 10 years in a relevant field may substitute the degree.
• Completed NIMS ICS All-Hazards Position Specific training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of the response plan.
• Optimize organizational structure of EOC/JFO based on incident complexity.
• Interpret federal/state regulations and advise on constraints.
• Oversee operations, including staff allocation and resource management.
• Manage partnerships and relay status updates to leadership.
