Job summary

Dialogue Technologies Inc. is seeking a Trauma Intervention Responder to join our on-call team in Canada. You will deploy to the company experiencing a critical incident and provide support to employees, reporting to the Trauma Coordinator.

Must reside in Canada and be available during normal business hours on weekdays. Ideal candidates hold a university degree in psychology or a related field, a professional license, liability insurance, and experience in crisis and emergency management.

Qualifications

  • University degree in psychology or related field, or similar helping professions.
  • A professional license to practice issued by a recognized association.
  • Liability insurance is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological care in trauma contexts.
  • Punctual and flexible scheduling, with daytime interventions favored.
  • Vehicle access for transportation to intervention sites.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate sound theoretical knowledge of acute stress and PTSD.
  • Intervene in crisis and post-traumatic situations.
  • Intervene easily with employees and managers.
  • Share a clinical summary of the interventions performed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Trauma Coordinator.
