Reporting to a supervisor, you will review contracts, credit applications and entered data, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Hybrid work setup and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, automotive, legal administration or a related environment.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Review and match contracts against internal systems to confirm approved terms and conditions.
• Review credit applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, required signatures and dates.
• Verify contract rates and applicable programs are accurately reflected.
• Enter and update contract information accurately within internal systems.
• Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries from dealership partners regarding contracts and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve contract or funding discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with dealership contacts.
• Ensure all documentation meets established internal requirements and procedures.
• Complete additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
