Job summary

Autism Services in Regina is seeking a female Personal Support Worker for an adult daughter with a complex disability in a private home. The role focuses on personal care, companionship and strengthening daily living skills.

Shifts are early evenings, 3–4 hours, with some weekends. CPR and TLRT training are required; a reliable vehicle is preferred. Start date ASAP; Apply by 06-Oct-2026.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be FEMALE (due to personal care needs).
• Certifications: Proof of current CPR and TLR (Transfer, Lifting, Repositioning) certifications
• Experience: Previous experience in providing personal care/support roles is necessary.
• Attributes: Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and motivating.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required
• Background Check: Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Language: Must be fluent and clear in English
• Must be empathetic, patient, strong communications skills, proactive & creative to engage female in activities. Respective of family values.

• Emotional Support: Provide companionship, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Household Assistance: Perform housekeeping tasks dusting, vacuuming, mopping, some meals prep, laundry for female.
