Under close supervision, IT Co‑op assists customers and clients with Personal Computer and related network issues. Tasks may be performed at the end‑user's location or remotely to troubleshoot, maintain, install, repair or modify PC hardware and software. Provides timely and creative solutions of basic to moderately complex issues to ensure end‑user productivity. Maintains accurate information and data regarding end‑user issues within the tracking system and according to policies and standards.
Reporting to the IT Director, this position is 100% based in office at our Mississauga, Ontario, facility. This is a full‑time, contract role that is an addition to headcount. The contract will be from 6 months to 12 months.
