A leading agency is seeking a Content Specialist to oversee creative campaigns and ensure timely launches. The role involves coordinating between teams and clients, managing content, and ensuring quality assurance. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. This is a 12-month fixed-term employee contract initially, with a likelihood of extension.
This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!
We are looking for a Content Specialist with a sharp, creative eye and keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative refresh and launch of campaigns by providing end-to-end operational support. This role involves liaising between DEPT teams and clients to coordinate final assets for trafficking. You will set up, test, check, and schedule creative assets for marketing placements on landing pages, emails, and push notifications. Additionally, you will support audience and campaign management, quality control, and assurance to ensure on-time, error-free campaign launches, reporting any issues. Working closely with eBay Canada’s Marketing teams, you will also develop landing page wireframes to manage launches and ongoing refreshes of various landing pages.
