  2. Manage operational setup and testing for multiple campaigns, prioritising workload to launch campaigns and assets on schedule.
  3. Manage and deploy content in client-specific tools and advise clients on optimal content setup to achieve their goals.
  4. Support quality assurance by reviewing project deliverables to meet client expectations and DEPT design standards.
  5. Liaise with clients, clarify questions, manage expectations, and communicate status, updates, or recommendations proactively.
  6. Communicate campaign updates or requirements clearly to stakeholders.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality design solutions.
  8. Maintain high standards and add value wherever possible.
  9. Ensure projects are delivered and launched on time, reporting any issues.

SKILLS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working proactively and autonomously without extensive guidance.
  • Experience with content management systems, reporting tools, and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Efficient at working within short timeframes and managing schedules and priorities.
