Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to support the Global Content team. This 12+ month, full-time role offers remote work with occasional onsite in Downtown Toronto, and focuses on project intake, resourcing, workflows, CMS administration, and external partner coordination.

You will manage Wrike-based processes, build timelines, dashboards, and ensure efficient operations across multiple vendors and platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations.
• Experience using Wrike, Workfront or Monday.com; Wrike experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project intake and resourcing; manage workflows and partner coordination.

Job description

Our FI/ Insurance client is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join their team.

This will be for 12+ months, fulltime hours per week. The rate range is $30-35 per hour, t4.

This will be remote mostly, with a few times per month, onsite in Downtown Toronto.

This role will help support the day-to-day operations of the Global Content team.

You will be responsible for coordinating project intake, managing team resourcing and workflows, supporting team platforms and tools, administering the CMS, and ensuring the smooth execution of work with external partners.

You will manage intake of new requests, ensuring projects are properly briefed, resourced, prioritized, and entered into Wrike.

You will build timelines and workback schedules for incoming projects and monitor project progress to support the team in identifying risks, blockers, competing priorities that can impact timeline.

You will build and maintain workflows, request forms, dashboards, reports, and operational processes within Wrike to improve efficiency and resource management.

You will coordinate storage of digital assets including images, working video files, templates, brand assets etc across various distribution points (DAM, Figma) and storage

You will support onboarding and coordination of agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, production partners, and other external vendors.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations.

Experience using project management and workflow platforms like Wrike, Workfront or Monday.com; Wrike experience is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
