To create and distribute high-impact content that clearly articulates the value of the Metronomics Growth System, increases brand awareness with our core customer, breaks through the noise, supports a demand generation engine across social, search, email, and events while helping build an oversubscribed brand through storytelling, video, and thought leadership that sparks engagement and action.

To measure the impact of this role, success will be tracked against the following metrics:

  • Brand Awareness: +25% growth in social media followers and +50% YoY increase in impressions to expand reach with growth-focused CEOs and coaches.
  • Content Engagement: Achieve a +6% average engagement rate across email (CTR), YouTube, and LinkedIn to ensure content connects and converts.
  • WebClass Registrations: Deliver 160+ qualified registrations per month to support consistent lead generation and community growth.
  • SEO/GEO Content Performance: Publish 24 SEO/GEO-optimized pieces per year (6 per quarter), with 40% ranking in the top 10 search results for target keywords and locations.

Compensation

Salary of $60,000 - $70,000. Plus full extended health benefits, sports pass. Full-time, Permanent position. Remote/Hybrid/On Site - we are flexible for the right person.
