Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking for a Content Designer for an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. The role is hybrid in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Craft impactful and engaging content for the bank's self-directed investment platform across both digital and print.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to bank standards, performing proofreading and editing tasks.
• Collaborate with teams, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in agile project environments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinate content approvals, and drive consensus.
• Apply Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive content.

Requirements

• 3+ years' editorial experience, showcasing a writing portfolio.
• Financial services background, digital platform writing experience, and familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• French language skills are a nice to have.
