Job summary

Cascades in Victoria is hiring a Container Recycling Sorter to join a dedicated full-time team on a 7:30am - 4:00pm schedule. Training is provided, with a strong health-and-safety culture and opportunities to grow within a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

As a Container Recycling Sorter, you’ll be at the heart of operations: right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

• Safely sort, grade and place recycled materials according to department requirements and production standards.
• Help with housekeeping, equipment and yard cleaning, Schaeffer washing, snow removal and assisting truck drivers.
• Perform occasional groundskeeping, including light gardening once a month.
• Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed.
