Snaplii in Toronto is seeking a hands-on Growth professional to own funnel optimization, activation, and retention across a scale fintech platform. You will design and run experiments, analyze the full user journey, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to turn ideas into shipped tests.
You should be fluent in SQL and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), comfortable with bilingual Mandarin and English, and ready to own outcomes from insight to measurement.
Total compensation: CAD $120K-$250K depending on level and experience
Snaplii is one of Canada's fastest-growing fintech and digital commerce platforms: 400,000+ users save money through discounted gift cards, earn rewards on everyday spending, manage balances through Snaplii Cash, and pay the bills that run their lives — $200M+ in annual transaction volume, 500+ brand partners including Costco, Walmart, Amazon and Uber, a Top-40 Finance App, and already profitable.
Now we're building what comes next: Snaplii A2M (Agent-to-Merchant) - payment infrastructure for the age of AI agents. AI generates demand. Snaplii executes the payment. Growth here sits at the intersection of product, operations, data and technology - that's where this role comes in.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, launching initiatives, and making things happen.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You won't spend your day posting on social media. You won't sit in endless meetings discussing ideas that never get executed. You'll launch and operate the growth machinery that directly changes how users discover, engage with, and transact on Snaplii — working across Growth, Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance to turn ideas into shipped experiments.
You’ll work on real growth problems at scale — hundreds of thousands of users, real money movement, and experiments that show up directly in transaction volume.
You’ll analyze the full customer funnel, find the drop-offs that matter, and launch experiments that move activation, conversion and retention.
You’ll also partner closely with our organic growth team (Xiaohongshu, Reddit, SEO/GEO) to turn content traffic into signups and transactions. We're looking for someone who goes beyond dashboards to understand why users convert, why they drop off, and what changes their behavior.
CRM / lifecycle marketing craft
We're less interested in how senior your previous title sounded. We're more interested in: what growth problem you solved, how you diagnosed it, what experiment you launched, and what measurable impact you created.
