• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns and maintains a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and completes required paperwork and logs.
• Refers appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Picks merchandise and secures stock; sets new shelf caps and displays.
