Walmart Canada is seeking a Consumables Associate to champion customer service and help move merchandise from backroom to salesfloor. You will stock, display, and rotate items, assist customers, and resolve issues to ensure a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist customers by promoting products and locating merchandise.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns and secure merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise and use equipment appropriately; complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Refer appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stock merchandise and downstock as applicable; apply product protection where required; set new shelf caps.
• Support in setting up displays and signage to improve shopper experience.
• Assist customers with shopping needs and help them make purchase decisions.
• Ensure a safe environment following company policies and procedures.
