Walmart Canada is seeking a Consumables Associate to join our store team. You will help customers, stock and organize merchandise, and keep the sales floor safe and clean in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a collaborative team, you will assist customers with product selection, process shipments, and maintain displays while following company policies. This entry-level role offers opportunities to develop customer service and retail skills in a busy Canadian location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products/services and locating merchandise.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise.
• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise and maintains safety.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and logs documentation as required.
• Refers service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stocks and sets up modulars and displays, ensuring accurate pricing.
