Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a full-time Insurance Account Representative – Desjardins Agent Team Member in Windsor, ON. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable insurance products while delivering a value-based experience.

You will provide prompt service, handle inquiries on coverage, eligibility, changes, and billing, and work with the agent to hit marketing goals. Licenses required: Property & Casualty (OTL or RIBO) and Life & Health (must obtain).

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
