Desjardins Agent Team Member in Stouffville, Ontario is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, in-office role in insurance sales and service. You will build client relationships, assess insurance needs, and guide clients to suitable products while collaborating with the agent to reach marketing and sales goals.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, persistence, and ongoing learning in a dynamic insurance industry, with a base salary and incentives for performance.

Competenze

• Property & Casualty Licence preferred or willingness and ability to obtain.
• Life Licence (LLQP) preferred or willingness and ability to obtain.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

What You Will Do

Compensation:

Base salary of $52,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives
