Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources, Recruitment team as a Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative and practical HR solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients’ strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and database searches, to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and organizations.
- Review and draft position profiles, candidate profiles, and other documentation for client review
- Develop and foster ongoing relationships with qualified candidates.
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met, and relationships grow and develop.
- Review, design, and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Assist engagement teams in developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation of delivery of competitive proposals.
Skills And Experience
- Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
- CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role
- Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
