PCL Constructors Inc. in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a Construction Technology Analyst to join a team that builds communities and advances digital construction workflows.

You will resolve user-reported problems, support district sites, create training resources, and optimize server and technology solutions across projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer technology and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer technology or a related discipline.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills with multitasking capabilities.
• Willingness to drive deadlines and deliver results.
• Knowledge of change management is a plus.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
• District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
• Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
• Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
• Assists other team members with technical issues.
• Actively seeks out issues, problems, and opportunities, and creates solutions.
• Solicits feedback from operational project teams to identify innovations, challenges, and issues.
• Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
